The levels framing names why most leaders plateau. They stop at drafting and never reach the level where the model runs a standing process for them. The climb from asking to delegating is where the leverage sits. Bookmarking the 51-page version.

Very helpful! Best clarity I've seen on this to date. Projects were a game-changer and a power tool for me. I'm experimenting with Skills, but I really want to explore Claude Code soon.
