The levels framing names why most leaders plateau. They stop at drafting and never reach the level where the model runs a standing process for them. The climb from asking to delegating is where the leverage sits. Bookmarking the 51-page version.

Moving from treating it like a chatbot to setting up workspace context changes everything.

It is the difference between onboarding a temporary temp every single morning and having an assistant who actually remembers how you like things done.

ya the awareness is there and honestly most founders know claude code exists but theyre not actually investing the time to climb because its easier to just ask questions in chat
