The Claude Skill Library for Leaders

Twenty-five skills, sorted by the six jobs a leader actually has. Every one is a single block you copy and paste. Claude asks you a few questions and builds the skill around your role, your voice, and your business.

1. Decide

  • Decision Framework Skill — Framework-agnostic. Classifies the decision as reversible or not, runs YOUR framework, argues against your preferred option, and sets a reversal trigger

  • Anti-Sycophancy Skill — Stops Claude agreeing with you. Makes it push back, name what’s weak, and tell you when you’re wrong

  • Red Pen Review Skill — A brutally honest review that catches what’s weak before you publish or send

  • Stress Test Protocol — Pressure-tests an AI initiative against confirmation bias, names three specific failure modes, and sets the kill criteria

  • AI Ethics Decision Tree — Six questions, asked one at a time, that turn unease into a written boundary you can hand your team

2. Lead people

  • One-on-One Prep Skill — Builds a 200-word prep brief before every 1:1 and turns your messy notes into commitments after

  • Hard Conversation Skill — Gets you clear before the conversation you’ve been avoiding, including the strongest version of their side

  • Meeting Prep Skill — A prep brief before any meeting, and the follow-up written in your voice after it

3. Know your market

  • Research Brief Skill — Turns a vague question into a structured brief that labels what’s established, contested, and unknown

  • Customer Insight Skill — Turns raw feedback into themes with real quotes attached, and never invents a pattern

  • AI Task-Tool Matcher — One tool, one reason, and the setup steps. Tells you when it isn’t an AI job at all

4. Communicate

  • Executive Summary Skill — Compresses anything into the shape your reader actually reads, answer first

  • Content Voice Skill — Learns your voice from your own writing and enforces your banned words on every draft

5. Know yourself

  • Time and Energy Audit Skill — Analyzes where your week actually went against what you said mattered, and names one change

  • Strengths Inventory Skill — Finds the strengths that repeat across what you’ve actually done, with the evidence and the shadow attached

  • Proposal Generator Skill — Drafts a proposal from your real scope language, your real prices, and your real terms

  • Book Recommendations Engine — Finds the pattern in what you actually finished, then recommends five in order, plus one to skip

6. Market

  • Email Sequence Builder — Generates welcome, launch, or re-engagement sequences in your brand voice, with three subject lines per email

  • Competitor Intelligence Brief — Structured competitive analysis: positioning, messaging gaps, and the openings nobody has claimed

  • SEO Article Optimizer — A post-draft pass on titles, meta, headers, internal links, FAQ, and AI discoverability, with the top three fixes ranked

  • Social Content Repurposer — One article becomes LinkedIn, X, and Instagram posts that each stand on their own

  • Ad Copy & Landing Page Writer — Platform-exact ad copy plus the landing page hero that matches it, so the click doesn’t bounce

  • Content Calendar Planner — A 30-day calendar where every post connects to a stated business goal, scoped to your actual capacity

  • Brand Voice Auditor — Scores any content against your voice on five dimensions and rewrites the sentences that drift

  • Campaign Brief Generator — A launch idea becomes audience, messaging, channels, timeline, metrics, and risks

How to install any skill in this library

Every skill below is one block. The same four steps work for all twenty-five.

  1. Copy the whole block, starting at the very first line. Don’t skip the question lines at the top, that’s what makes the skill yours instead of generic.

  2. Open Claude Cowork and paste it in.

  3. Answer the questions Claude asks you, one at a time. Be specific. Vague answers make a vague skill.

  4. Claude builds the skill and it’s saved to your account. From then on you invoke it by name.

Two minutes each. No coding, no setup, no extra subscription beyond the Claude account you already have.

First time doing this? The Leader’s Guide to Claude walks the whole install on screen, step by step, including what the screen looks like at each stage.

Beginner Guide - Start Here

A skill is not a project. A project is a lane you work inside. A skill is an instrument you pick up. Skills work inside projects, so you don’t have to choose, and most leaders end up with a handful of skills they use across everything.

Install in the order you need them. Nobody installs twenty-five skills on a Tuesday. Pick the one that matches the thing on your calendar this week, install that, use it twice, then come back.

Decide

Judgment under pressure: the decisions you keep circling, the feedback nobody will give you straight, and the AI that agrees with everything you say.
