About Me
I’m Joel Salinas, AI leadership coach and strategist.
I developed the AI Leadership Triad because I kept watching smart leaders feel paralyzed by AI. They didn’t need more tools. They needed a framework for thinking clearly about which tools matter and why.
I’m the co-founder of Cozora, the co-founder of Newsletter Compass, and I coach executives 1-on-1, along with custom AI builds for their companies. I also have a passion for humanitarian work and lead growth marketing at World Relief, a global humanitarian organization.
