AI is everywhere. Judgment is scarce.
Trusted by leaders at Pixar, JPMorgan, Visa, Merck, Harvard, churches, nonprofits, and dozens of universities.
We all have the same tools now. That happened fast, and it happened to everybody at once, the way electricity eventually reached every building on the street. Having it in the building was never what made the difference. What we decided to do with it was.
So the hard part isn’t access any more. It’s working out what to hand to AI, what to keep in our own hands, and how to bring a team along without everybody nodding in the meeting and changing nothing after it.
That’s what Leadership in Change is about: adopting AI without outsourcing your judgment to it.
Two posts a week, Monday and Thursday, written for founders and leaders, whether you run a team or a company of one.
Read by more than 7,500 leaders, including people at Pixar, JPMorgan, Visa, Merck, and Harvard, plus churches, nonprofits, and dozens of universities.

Working together
Here’s the thing. Everything above is the newsletter. This part isn’t.
I take three diagnostic calls a month, and I work with four clients at a time.
It’s 30 minutes, free. We work out what you’re actually trying to get to, where your biggest hurdles sit, what your low-hanging fruit is, and how that lines up with what I’ve been seeing elsewhere. Then I tell you the first move I’d make. A few days later you get it back in writing, two or three pages, yours whether we ever work together or not. Every Brief is written by hand, not generated.
We’re not going to fix any of your problems in 30 minutes, so it truly is what I’m saying it is. It’s a diagnostic. If you want to take it and go solve the thing yourself, you’re more than welcome to.
If you’ve got expertise and experience and you want to boost that with AI so you can keep making an impact over the next decade or two, that’s who I’m helping. If you’re looking to replace a whole workforce with AI, or have AI do 100% of your thinking, that’s not me.
