Who’s writing this

I’m Joel Salinas. I’m an AI Strategy Coach, and I help mission-driven leaders put AI to work without losing the things that made them worth following in the first place.

A little about me: I was born in Bolivia, I hold an MBA and a Master of Christian Ministry, and I’m a husband and a father of two. I spend my days at the intersection of faith, strategy, and technology, coaching leaders and writing for the ones I can’t sit across from in person.

Here’s the way I think about all of this. AI is like fire. World-changing, yes. But just having it around doesn’t make your life or your leadership better. What matters is whether you use it on purpose, in service of your mission, instead of letting it quietly run yours.

So every week, I write the thing I wish more leaders had in front of them: practical, grounded, honest takes on leading well while the ground keeps shifting.
