Most AI rollouts don't fail because the tools are weak.

They fail because leaders mistake exposure for readiness.

That's what makes this workshop premise interesting to me. When one team contains skeptics, enthusiasts, quiet power users, and people who still don't trust what they're already using, a single memo and a deadline isn't a rollout. It's a stress test disguised as change management.

That's the practical lesson.

Before leaders scale AI, they need to map the humans.

Otherwise they aren't rolling out capability.

They're rolling out confusion
