Why Most AI Rollouts Stall, and the Workshop I Built to Fix It
A 2-hour Saturday, plus 30 days of follow-through, to build the foundation your next AI rollout lands on. July 18. 5 founding seats left.
So you’ve heard me mention the AI Foundation Workshop. Five of the ten seats for the July 18 cohort are already gone, so before the rest go, here’s the whole thing in one place, start to finish.
What it is
A two-hour live Saturday session for leaders, plus 30 days of structured support afterward so the plan actually gets built. You’re not sitting through a webinar and walking away with notes you’ll never open again. You leave with a real plan for your team, and someone checking your work for a month.
Why I built it
Most AI rollouts stall, and the tool is almost never the reason. The reason is the leader doesn’t actually know where their team sits with AI. Some people are skeptical. Some are eager but have no on-ramp. Some are already using it every day and don’t trust it. A few are way out ahead of everyone else. Each group needs something different from you, and most rollouts hand all of them the same memo and the same deadline. That’s bolting a new floor onto a cracked foundation. It holds for a while, and then it doesn’t.
What makes it different
Two things.
The pre-work. Before we meet, you take the AI Leadership Compass, a 15-minute assessment that maps how you think about AI and how much you actually use it. I read every result before the session, so the live time is built around the people actually in the room, not a generic slide deck.
The follow-through. It doesn’t end when the call does. You get support for a full month, because that’s where most rollouts fall apart, in the weeks after everybody’s motivated.
How it runs, start to finish
Pre-work — The AI Leadership Compass (15 minutes). You get your archetype as a PDF, and I review every result before we meet.
Saturday, July 18 (2 hours, live on Google Meet) — I teach the playbook for each archetype using the cohort’s real results, then you build your team’s 90-day plan in the room. You leave with your Foundation Playbook PDF: your archetype scorecard, a map of where your team sits, the four playbooks, your 90-day plan, and the AI Rollout Readiness Checklist.
Day 7 (group office hours) — A 45-minute Q&A once you’ve started, where I work through each person’s plan against what’s actually happening.
Day 30 (implementation review) — You send a one-page progress note. I write back with one specific recommendation based on what you’ve built.

One honest note before you sign up
This only pays off if you’re going to do the work. The pre-work, the two hours, and the two checkpoints after. If you’re looking for a recording to half-watch on 2x speed, skip this one and keep your money.
Five seats left for July 18. Grab one here.
As a premium member, remember to use promo code LIC100 at checkout for $100 off.
And here’s the part worth sitting with. By Gartner’s math, one stalled AI rollout on a 20-person team runs $15K to $45K in lost productivity [source]. Most leaders pay that at least once before they realize the foundation was the thing that needed building. Two hours on a Saturday is a cheap way to skip that lesson.
So if you’ve got a rollout coming, or one that’s already stalling, this is the room for it. Five seats left for July 18. Your sign-up link is in the box just above, in the one for your subscriber type.
See you in the room.
