You promote a much better mindset for unsure adopters here, Joel. I like to think of the decision to start using Generative AI as hiring a really smart and enthusiastic intern. What it means is a much shorter "training" period and much quicker turnaround, by which I mean building a system suitable to your process that provides the the Gen AI model the right and relevant context reflecting your own business process and needs.
Now that's one bit of hiring one can without hiring!
Love the framing here, it's not about replacing humans with AI but about using AI to escape the "DIY trap" and focus on high-impact work. That's a powerful shift in mindset for any creator or business owner.
Super helpful tips as always - very straightforward and manageable too
So glad to hear!
Thanks for sharing 🌞 always very appreciative of how u use AI and share your thoughts and experience 🌟
Thanks, Chris! So many orgs think growth is not possible because they think hiring is the only option, and don't have the capital to hire.

Very well said! Yes, I think often companies think their only way of growing is hiring but have no means to pay for that so they stall
Thanks Cris! That's definitely my goal, glad to hear that!
Great piece Joel!!
Thanks, Luis!

Great share, thanks Joel. I like how you framed the “DIY trap” and the hidden costs of hiring, it makes the AI delegation approach much more concrete.
