This BRIDGE Method forces you to confront assumptions early, especially in the risk analysis and business model stages, before time and resources are spent. Too many leaders skip straight to execution without pressure-testing their logic. Love it.

Live this Bridge Method - I have a dozen experiments running concurrently at any time and few see the light of day but 2x per year Pop 💥 a company is born 🐣 The Bridge Method is super useful to speed this all up 🧡

The Bridge Method’s clarity is so needed. Most people over-romanticise the spark of an idea and skip the hard yards of shaping it into something real. Your focus on value before monetisation? Platinum!

According to CB Insights, 42% of startups fail because there’s no market need (source

). Your structured approach forces leaders to face that truth early and course-correct, fast.

(If you're testing a business idea on LinkedIn, use the “Poll” feature in a post to validate demand quickly. Pair that with strategic DMs to invite follow-up chats.)

How do you suggest people build accountability into this 90-day launch phase?

Thank you for the kind words! The 42% statistic you shared blows my mind, how can someone not check if there is demand before creating supply (unless you are Steve Jobs haha)?

I really like the poll idea! I believe most give up in the launch phase simply because they don't give themselves enough time to be right. Set a goal to reach the 90 days regardless of the results, as long as due research was completed in the front end.

I like these back and forths, I look forward to our first collab!

love this systematic approach to turning ideas into action. moving from strategic insights to a launch-ready plan is where so many great concepts get stuck, and the BRIDGE method looks like a solid framework to bridge that gap.
